All parcels are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, shipping is in the control of Australia Post and service
interruptions/delays are no longer the responsibility of EllaMarie Swimwear.

Such delays may be caused by harsh weather conditions or busy delivery periods, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas. Please check Australia Post website here directly for such updates as well as your tracking link received on dispatch. 

For customers outside of Australia, enquiries for lost or missing parcels must be lodged by the customer to the local courier. It is recommended you call or email the courier prior to contacting EllaMarie Swimwear to expedite the investigation of your lost parcel. Unless at the fault of EllaMarie Swimwear, until an investigation is completed and the item is deemed lost, EllaMarie Swimwear shall not be responsible for shipping your items again or refunding your purchase. 

• Items purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale periods. 
• All parcels are posted via Australia Post with a tracking number provided.
• Standard shipping on all orders to be delivered in Australia for FREE.
• Express shipping on all orders to be delivered in Australia under the value of $150.00 will have a flat fee of $14.99 per order.
• All orders to be delivered in Australia over the value of $150.00 will receive free express shipping.
• Standard postage within Australia is 2 – 8 business days.
• Express postage within Australia is 1 – 4 business days.

• Shipping on all international orders over the value of AUD$300 will be shipped via standard shipping free of charge.

• Express shipping will incur a flat fee of AUD$40.00.
• Express shipping timeframes are estimated at 7-14 business days.
